Covid-19 Protocols



The Grocers Table is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all of our staff and guests.

We continue to expand our safety protocols and make adjustments to our procedures for both employees and guests in order to ensure your safety and protection. Below is a list of existing protocols that will explain our commitment. We appreciate the trust you’ve instilled in us and hope that you will continue to enjoy our warm, friendly and safe environment.
Masks
Masks will be worn by staff at all times and by guests at all times except while seated and dining.
Temperature Checks
Health screenings are mandatory for all employees before entering the restaurant.
Social Distancing
Distancing will be maintained by guests and staff with a distance of 6 feet whenever possible.
Capacity
We've reduced capacity to 25% in order to accommodate social distancing for counter-service ordering, shopping and dining in the market.
Queue Lines
Ordering lines have been reduced to one in order to eliminate congestion around the coffee counter for those awaiting beverage pick up.
Sanitation Stations
Stations are accessible for both guests and staff in and around the restaurant. All tables, chairs and high traffic surfaces will be sanitized between use.
Paperless Menu Access
A menu via QR code scan is available throughout the restaurant.
Touch-free Transactions
Available at the cash register via sanitized stylus pens as well as Apple Pay.
Mobile Ordering
In order to limit face to face contact, mobile ordering and curbside pick up are available for all guests.
Take Out Orders
Completed orders will be stationed at the entrance of the market for fast and easy pick up and minimal contact. Text alerts will notify guests that their order is ready, allowing the guest to wait outside of the restaurant while their food is prepared.
Entrance/Exit Protocols
We have reduced access to one door for each use preventing congestion at either door, easier flow of guests in and out of the restaurant and diligent capacity monitoring by staff.
Designated Host
A "Safety Monitor” will be stationed at the entrance of the market at all times to ensure social distancing & proper line queuing, control capacity and manage walk up reservations for guests.
